I use the highest quality products to maximise the health of your dogs coat and skin and the work area is thoroughly sanitised between each appointment.

For those older dogs who need a little extra help and time.
Depending on your dog’s needs we have a ramp to help them in the van, a step to the bath and a very low electric table perfect for those arthritic limbs. There is also a groomers Lazy Suzanne so your dog doesn’t have to turn or move as much whilst on the table.
The Comfort Groom is designed to provide the time and support your dog needs for its groom. It is not a vanity groom, it is about the time spent making your dog as comfortable as possible and working as far as they will allow us to go.

Complimentary consultation where I will access the dogs size, breed, coat condition, behaviour and owners requirements; to determine which service is most suitable for you.
On the day of the groom I will access your dogs coat condition (including matting & knots), skin issues or injuries. Then it’s time to pamper your pet with a luxurious hydrobath.
I choose a shampoo and conditioning treatment suited for your dog, this is then massaged thoroughly into the coat using the hydrobath spa system. I check and clean the ears, followed by a soothing and calming facial massage.
Once the bubble bath is complete, I do a vigorous towel dry (which they love!) followed by a stimulating blow dry which will get out any loose coat that your pet may have, ensuring a great de-shed.
Once your dog is dry, I thoroughly brush out the coat, taking out any knots that may be there. This also helps in the de-shedding process and helps the coat to feel silky smooth. I trim the nails, tidy up the paw pads and trim the sanitary area.
Depending on your chosen service and style requirements, I will clip, trim, scissor or strip the coat, providing a quality and professional finish to your beloved pet. Leaving them looking gorgeous and smelling amazing.
Once the groom is complete I will check if any changes are needed and if your satisfied then I will record the groom so that you get exactly what you want for next time!
